Main Rules

The form of punishment on this site has to do with the warning system, which appears on your profile. If that warning level reaches 100%, you will be banned. The amount of time you will be banned depends on the decision of the admin.
Only you and the staff can see your warning level.

~No Auto-Hitting. No striking or killing someone's character without permission.
In the following examples, the white wolf is one person's character, and the black wolf is the other person's character.

He stood with all four legs outstretched, ready to pounce with his mouth twisted in a vicious snarl.. They both stood there, the battle paused a moment as one waited to see what the other would do. Then suddenly, a fierce cry let loose from the white wolf's throat as she leaped high into the air. She spat a flurry of icicles at her foe, hoping her aim was true. Their sharp points sliced through shoulder of her foe, and he cried out in pain, blood spraying out from the wound.

Punishment: 5%-20% warning (Depending on how bad the auto-hit is.)

((If you Auto-Hit or control someone's character(s), apologize right after you do it, and offer to change it. We will not give you a punishment the first few times if you do so, though if you do it a LOT, then yeah, I'll raise your warning level.))

~No God-Moding. Your character can't dodge every blow thrown at him/her, or have some sort of godly powers, claim (s)he is invincible, etc. And please don't go overboard with bloodlines. You cannot claim your character is related to another user's character without their consent, or claim your character is related to a god, or something like that. That's also a form of God-Moding.
Punishment: 5%-20% warning (Depending on how bad.)

~NO MARY SUES/Gary Stus. Sues/Stus are all-around perfect characters that usually have tragic pasts, flawless appearances, etc. No one likes them. For more information on Mary Sues, search wikipedia. All of your characters don't need to be the worst fighters in the world with normal pasts, etc., though. Here is an example of Mary Sue/Gary Stu post.

You can kinda make joke RPs about it in the Other RP sections, though you will receive a warning if you do it normally. But it makes you look ridiculous, so why would you?
Punishment: 10%-30% warning

~No controlling other peoples' characters. Unless you have their permission to. This rule is pretty straight forward. Please have the person tell me if you have permission to control your characters, or you might be punished anyways.
Punishment: 10% warning

~No swearing at other users. In character, it should be fine as long as you don't go crazy with it in every single post. You may not use racial or sexual terms both in or out of roleplaying.
When out of character, a little bit is fine as long as it isn't directed at anyone.
OK: "Damn it, my computer just reset D: "
NOT OK: "You're such a asshole, Bob!"
Punishment: 30-?% warning. (NOTE: If you just randomly come upon this site and start swearing at everyone, you will be banned immediately without a warning at all)

~This site is graphic. If writing or reading about the gore of battle unsettles you, we suggest you don't join this site. You MUST be thirteen or older.

~No graphic breeding, however. Just please don't. Do it over private messages if you are so inclined.
Punishment: It depends. It's usually severe.

~This is a Semi-Literate to Literate site. AVOID ONE LINERS. Try to write at least a small paragraph response each time. The absolute minimum is five sentences. And no, little small three-word sentences DO NOT count.
Punishment: 5% warning

~No inappropriate photos or content, such as pornography. No talk of it at all, or mentioning of it. Please avoid potentially offensive talk or material such as: religion, politics, etc.
Punishment:
Inappropriate content: 100% warning
Political talk, etc.: 5%-30% warning

~Please don't post on anyone's character board but your own. This makes things easier to read. Please don't get way too OOC on roleplays, that's how they die. If you post an OOC, a reply to the roleplay should also follow on that same post. Please don't SPAM. Don't do REALLY random things, like.. having a herd of giraffe randomly stampede into a forest.
If someone says that their RP is private, please respect that.
Punishment: 1%-2% warning (If your mission on this site is to spam, you will be banned immediately without warning)

~No stealing. At all. Period. No theft of artwork, ideas, etc. Claiming it as your own is even worse.
Punishment: 50%-100% warning

~No asking for any personal information, like full name, someone's address, etc. We don't want creepy stalkers here.
Punishment: 10%-100%

~No chatspeak. We will accept things like: lol, rofl, brb, g2g. But no things like: i wan 2 say hi 2 u. It's obnoxious and annoying, and if you use it a lot unless it's kinda in a joking-around manner, then we will attack you. Got it? Don't say: hi i'm new 2 this site, how r u?, if you just came here. First impressions are everything. Absolutely no chatspeak in character. ((I don't think anyone has any idea how much I hate chatspeak....))
Punishment: 5%-20% warning

~Do not ask for any passwords. If someone asks you, PM me or one of the other admin.
Punishment: 100% warning

~No bashing, arguing, or putting anyone down with rude or just plain negative comments. Don't yell and scream at us if something needs to be fixed. Suggest politely. No bringing up something that could ruin someone else's reputation, such as past arguments or false accusitions.
Punishment: 20%-90% warning

~Please don't let stuff in the actual roleplays affect OOC. Ex:
"Bob slashed at Fred and made a huge gash. 'Don't be such a jerk.' he spat. "
Then you say:
"ooc: HEY!!!!!! YOU AUTO-HITTED!!! AND DON'T CALL ME A JERK YOU @#$%er."
If someone auto-hits or breaks another rule in character, ask them politely to change it, as stated earlier.
Punishment: See the arguing rule

~Please, please please, please NO PLANNING MATES over PMs or OOC. It's just not fair to others who are going for a wolf's mate. If someone PMs you asking if their wolf can be your wolf's mate, please PM me or one of the other admin.
Punishment: 10% warning

~Have Fun!
Punishment: If this rule is broken, I shall give ye' 100%... OK.... unless you're stupid, you've 'ought to know that was a super lame joke.

~PLEASE refrain from using wolfspeak terms, such as 'pillars' instead of legs, or 'orbs' instead of eyes, etc. For many people it's really frustrating to decipher, and it really doesn't make posts sound more literate.
Punishment: 5% warning

~NEW: Images in your signature are limited to a size of width 500 and height 250. This is so that it doesn't stretch the page and make the page load slower.

C-Box

C-Box Rules

You MUST obey the C-Box rules, or it will result in temporary or permanent banning from the C-Box, depending on the form of abuse.

1. Absolutely no swearing.
2. No asking for personal information like names, address', photos, etc. This'll result in a permanent ban.
3. Please refrain from spamming.
4. Please do NOT bring up any past arguements.
5. Start an argument OR participate in one and you will be banned until one of the admin have received confirmation that all of the people argueing have made up.
6. No chatspeak. You can use things like lol or g2g, but nothing like "r u there? i got 2 go 2 a mall 2day."
7. No bashing, insulting, etc., or doing anything that could be the start of a new argument.
8. Do not acuse people of stealing anything on the C-Box. PM or e-mail an admin.
9. Please do not advertise on the C-Box! No saying "CLICK MY NAME!", either! Sorry!
