The Fire Pack is a very arrogant and tough pack. They love battle and can be very hotheaded. It doesn’t take much to set them off, but they do have a soft side, sometimes. They will help out wherever they are needed, but that doesn’t mean they will be happy about it. This pack is one of the biggest of the remaining packs, because they haven’t been directly attacked by the Shadow Wolves.
Fire Wolves have control of the element of fire. They can create fire with their minds, and bend it to their will. They can engulf their own bodies with only their own flames without getting burned; however, the fire of another fire wolf will harm them. They can use their fire in a variety of ways, one of which being attack and defense. Fireballs are a common method for attack, and rings of fire used as a defense. Most of the Fire Wolves will develop their own technique for fighting.
The Thunder Pack wolves are kind, but wary. They can get aggressive at times, but they are an excellent ally if you can win their trust. They will be hostile to everyone at first, but calm down once they assert their dominance.
The Thunder Wolves have the power over electricity. They can summon a lightning bolt with a howl or a thought. They are not harmed by the lightning they summon, however, other sources will harm them. If a wolf is weak, small, or injured, they will feel pain from their own electricity, but unless they are already very close to death, they won't be killed by it. They can use the static in the air to make themselves electrified, which is useful for ramming opponents and giving them a shock. Like the Fire Wolves, Thunder Wolves will usually create their own style of battling.
The Ice Pack is one of the larger packs in Sorika. They have excellent battle tactics and are able to put up good defenses, so they are usually left alone. They are always cautious with trespassers. It is very hard to trick an Ice Wolf, as they rarely let their guard down. They don't take fighting lightly, and train every day to keep their skills in top performance. Every young Ice Wolf is taught that it is the greatest honor to fight for your pack to the last.
The Ice Wolves can take water vapor from the air or a nearby water source and freeze it. They can sculpt things out of this ice, like weapons. The older and more experienced the Ice Wolf, the more detailed the sculptures can get, and the more deadly the weapons. As soon as an Ice Wolf's mind takes control of the water, it begins to freeze. A pup will be trained to slow the amount of time it takes to freeze so they may form weapons to throw at their enemies. An untrained Ice Wolf can freeze water, but cannot sculpt it as well.
The Water Pack is a smaller pack, though strong enough to hold its own against the Shadow Pack. The Water Wolves are graceful, and usually quick and lithe. They can usually outwit the Shadow Wolves. No one bothers them in their rocky territory, anyway, so they usually don’t get much trouble from the other packs. They tend to keep away from the other packs, unless they are needed.
The Water Wolves have power over water. They can manipulate it to their will with their minds, and shape it. They can lift and move the water. If they are by the sea or a lake, they can create huge waves to crash down onto enemies, or a small flood. Another fighting technique is shooting jets of highly pressured water at other wolves. They can use fresh or saltwater, however, it is harder for them to manipulate saltwater. They can also hold their breath for a long time and swim underwater.
Despite being called the Earth Pack, not all of the wolves of this pack are Earth Wolves. When the Pack of Healing was attacked by the Shadow Pack, the few survivors took refuge with this pack. But the majority of the wolves are Earth Wolves. This pack is usually very peaceful, and tries to help the other packs in any way they can. They are good sized, and can put up a good defense if the Shadow Pack was to attack.
The Earth Wolves can manipulate rock and dirt. They can move it to their will with their minds, and use it to build defense, or attack. The wolves are usually pretty powerful, and if they are by a large hill or mountain, they could cause a rock or a mud slide. Some wolves can even cause plants to grow, but only very powerful wolves can make things as large as trees grow.
The Healing Wolves can do just that; heal. They can use their powers to heal minor scrapes, or huge gashes, if they aren’t too deep. The older the Healing Wolf, usually the more powerful their healing powers are. They also have excellent knowledge of healing herbs and such. They are often kind and will usually help anyone in need.
The Shadow Pack is home to the most malicious and evil wolves in Sorika, and has the biggest numbers of all the packs. The Shadow Wolves want nothing more than to rule all of the other packs, and it seems that they are succeeding. They are extremely aggressive and kill for fun. They are responsible for the disappearance of the High Alpha Pack and Psychic Pack, and the destruction of the Pack of Speed and Pack of Healing.
The Wolves of this pack have the power to control the shadows, manipulating them in order to confuse their enemies. They can change themselves into a shadow, and though they cannot attack another wolf that is not also in Shadow Form, they cannot be hurt by one, either. If they are in Shadow Form and jump into another wolf, they could possibly take over that wolf’s body, using it to do their dirty deeds. In order to get a Shadow Wolf out of someone’s body, either another Shadow Wolf has to try and take over it, and the two Shadow Wolves fight for it, or the wolf being controlled must have an extremely strong willpower.
The Loner wolves are wolves that belong to no pack and travel the land by themselves, or maybe with another loner. They are often outcasts from one of the packs, or they chose to leave on their own because they don't like to sit still in a territory. They usually don't mess with the packs, preferring to hang around the loner areas where no pack rules. Their powers are usually the same as the pack that they originated from. But loners face more danger than pack wolves, as it is harder to catch prey and they make easy targets for Shadow Wolves...
If you have a character that you don't want anymore, but don't want to kill off, or you have a plot in mind that requires certain chars, you can make them a bio and put them up for adoption.
